User Group Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary, it must be submitted to FirePrograms in writing.

If cancellation request is received 90 days or more prior to event start date, then department will be entitled to a full refund of registration fee(s) (minus $100 administration fee per registrant).

If cancellation request is received 89-30 days prior to event start date then 50% of registration fee(s) will be refunded.

If cancellation request is received less than 30 prior to event start date, then no refund will be granted.
