For example, after selecting an appropriate model, interactive, graphic vehicle images appear allowing rescue workers to instantly access a multitude of information about safety components or any other items of interest.  These vital details aid in creating the most efficient and safest extrication possible.

The Crash Recovery System is a mobile vehicle information database which runs on most tablet, desktop or laptop computers with a Pentium III or higher processor and running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or XP Professional operating systems.

Software updates are automatically downloaded through an internet connection, ensuring the database is always up to update with the latest developments from the automotive industry.  New editions are released each year with the year's new models of vehicles included.
