The goal of the seminar is to ensure that departments are utilizing FirePrograms to the greatest capacity and most efficient manner possible.  Training focuses on the latest updates to the program, while including an overview of the basics.  Department members from all across the country are present, attendees network with each other sharing ideas and practices.

Attendees also interact with various members of the FirePrograms staff.  This allows attendees to provide detailed feedback and suggestions about the software, which helps determine the future of the program on which so many department operations depend.
