* Room Sharing—If two attendees wish to share a hotel room, the second attendee may register for a Seminar Only package and will still enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet and nightly cocktail reception.

SEMINAR:

Prior to the start of the User Group & Training Seminar, each attendee will be provided with the list of available classes and will be able to select which sessions they would like to attend. 

Attendees also have the option to schedule a one-on-one session with a FirePrograms instructor, allowing them to focus on the program areas most important to their department.  Each day, the seminar will begin with an opening session. Attendees will then follow a schedule of their selected educational sessions.

All attendees will be provided with a daily refreshment break and are invited to attend our seminar banquet dinner on Thursday, September 30 from 7:00pm – 10:00pm. In addition to dinner, there will be entertainment and prize giveaways.

SEMINAR REGISTRATION INCLUDING HOTEL:

Each Embassy Suites hotel room is a luxurious two-room suite featuring a spacious bedroom with one king bed or two double beds, plus a separate living area with mini refrigerator and microwave, and a private balcony with ocean view. Each suite is fully equipped with two televisions, a sleeper sofa, and a well lit dining/work table.  Registered hotel guests enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning and cocktail reception each evening.
